Crystal Healing is a fascinating complementary therapy. During the time that I have been treating people I have noticed amazing positive changes in their health and well-being.
Crystals have been used for centuries in various cultures, to heal and bring balance to the mind, body and spirit, because they are natural and consistent transmitters and receivers of energy. Modern technology recognizes this and uses crystal power in computer science, quartz watches, radio transmitters. Examples of its use in modern medical practice, is ultrasound and laser technology.
Our entire bodily system consists of energy - for example, we have patterns of energy that keep our hearts beating and our blood flowing. When these patterns of energy work together in a balanced way, we experience well-being. However, these patterns can be disrupted, and when this happens, we experience dis-ease. Nature will heal itself if it can - if we let it. Correcting this imbalance in one way or another is what healing is about.

How does Crystal Healing work?
The use of crystals with healing makes a gentle, yet effective complementary therapy. The healer is the channel through which the healing energy flows, whilst the crystals are used to boost this energy, with the intention of absorbing and removing any stress, tension or illness from the body.
Healing is used to balance the energy centres (chakras) in the body. If energy is not flowing freely in our bodies, dis-ease can occur. Healing energy will be directed into any problem areas in the body. It can calm the mind and relax the body, whilst boosting the immune system.
During a healing session, crystals will be placed on or around the body, in conjunction with hands-on treatment. To continue the healing, they can be carried or worn, or placed around the home where their healing vibrations can be absorbed. The healing properties of crystals can also be used in elixirs.
How many sessions will I need?
This would be your choice. Each healing session lasts around an hour. Some people find that one or two sessions are all that is needed. However, the effects of Crystal Healing are cumulative, and for specific health problems, regular treatments may be beneficial. Crystal Healing can also be used as a preventative health measure.
I should stress that Crystal Healing does not claim to cure any disease, and medical opinion and treatment should always be sought for any condition. However Crystal Healing can bring about well-being when dis-ease occurs.
